SHG-200 automatic desiccant stuffing machine, used to separate continuous bagged desiccants into bottles.

This machine adopts a PLC human-machine interface operating system, which can adjust the length of the desiccant arbitrarily, accurately cut off the position, speed and other parameters can be pre-set and stored. The machine has a compact structure and is easy to operate and maintain. The mechanical operating part is equipped with protective devices, which can implement automatic feeding. Linear design, exterior design, elegant and generous appearance, stainless steel frame, in compliance with national GMP requirements.

The control system adopts digital control technology, and the linear motion components use high-precision ball linear guides. The color identification adopts BANER R55E color identification sensor.
